How ENA works for you

Three steps. No games. The right home, at the right price.

1

Find your home

Plan around the homes you love.

Clear timelines let you plan around the homes you love — instead of hoping they don’t go “In Contract” before you have a chance to act. Missing out is now your choice. Not an accident.

2

Submit your best offer

Make your best offer. Once.

Submit a sealed offer through ENA. Whether there are zero other offers or ten, it doesn’t affect you. No fake offer wars. No being used as leverage. No games.

Have more than one home in mind?

Submit offers on as many as you want. Rank them in order of preference. ENA matches you with the highest-ranked home you win.

3

Win with confidence

Win when you should. At the right price.

The highest offer wins. The Final Price is the second-highest offer plus $1. Don't hold back anymore. Maximize your chances of winning. No question marks.

Confidence in the outcome. Not doubt.

A curated set of homes.

Every one set up to be bought honestly.

There’s a home you want, but it’s listed elsewhere. If it becomes available, we’ll notify you.

Questions, answered clearly.

01

Why use sealed offers?

Without sealed offers, your information can and will be used against you. If the listing broker knows where your offer stands, they can create real or perceived competition to push you higher. Sealed offers ensure your offer speaks for itself and remove the need to hold back.

When confidence replaces doubt, your chances of winning increase. With ENA, honesty and integrity are always preserved

02

What does it cost?

ENA is free for buyers. If your offer is leading during the final week, we ask for a refundable $1,000 deposit as a sign of good faith. The deposit is returned once you go into contract.

03

How do multiple offers work on ENA?

Buyers may submit offers on multiple homes and rank them in order of preference. More opportunities naturally increase your chances of success. Too often, buyers unknowingly become backups, or backups to the backups, while being used as leverage in someone else's negotiation. Not anymore. With clear rankings, you know where you stand. ENA is designed to create more opportunities, better matches, and fewer missed homes.

04

Can I change my offer?

Yes. You can adjust your offer throughout the process until the last week. After that, you can increase, but not decrease your offer.

05

What role does my agent play?

Buying a home is still a major transaction, and experience matters. ENA improves the process, but your agent remains your advocate, helping you evaluate opportunities, conduct diligence, navigate financing, and close with confidence.
